PolyCine’s polypropylen based APP-series provides high-quality films and tubes for parenteral nutrition. Here, the requirements for the packaging depend mostly on the type of solution and the method of sterilization. Parenteral nutrition packaging also requires specific barrier properties. Especially solutions containing vitamins or amino acids require high barriers for UV-light and oxygen. Our multilayer APP-films have excellent barrier properties and a high resistance to cold temperatures.
